Ingredients

For the Burger Patty:

  • 25 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 8 large eggs
  • 6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tbsp garlic powder
  • 6 tbsp onion powder
  • 10 tsp salt
  • 5 tsp black pepper

For the Bun:

  • 15 lbs bread dough (split into two giant rounds)
  • ½ cup melted butter (for brushing)

For the Toppings:

  • 5 lbs cheddar cheese slices
  • 3 lbs crispy bacon
  • 5 lbs lettuce
  • 3 lbs tomato slices
  • 2 lbs onions (grilled or raw)

Instructions

1.Shape the Giant Patty
